Free shipping across Australia Every order ships free within Australia, with no minimum spend. Shipping costs are included in the displayed product price — no surprise fees at checkout.
Where we ship We currently ship within Australia only.
Order processing Orders placed before 3 PM (AEST) on a business day ship the same day. Orders placed after 3 PM, on weekends, or on public holidays ship the next business day.
Delivery time (business days, not including processing time)
- Australia — 7–12 days

Tracking You'll receive a tracking number by email within 24 hours of your order shipping. You can also track via the order confirmation email at any time.
Taxes Prices shown include all applicable GST — what you see at checkout is what you pay. No surprise fees on delivery.
Lost or stuck packages If your package hasn't moved for more than 5 business days, email info@shopdoura.com or WhatsApp +31 6 13513980 with your order number. We'll open a trace with the courier and either reship or refund if confirmed lost.
Wrong address Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — orders shipped to an incorrect address can usually not be recovered. If you spot a typo immediately after ordering, email info@shopdoura.com within 1 hour and we'll do our best to correct it before the order ships.
